Jill and Sharon, any exercise is good, be it walking the dog, or doing some to tighten up a few muscles, I spent 21+ years in a very active job as cabin crew so when I gave up I needed to take up formal exercise as all my muscles just started to go flabby[msnsad] I also find it helps with my PMT etc[msnwink]
Just done 30 minutes intervals plus a 5 minute sprint at the end[sporty]

I'm fretting because I don't feel any thinner-and cannot get weighed to see how I am doing-although I have never cheated.
I am seeing my doctor tomorrow-so might ask if he can arrange for me to pop to the hospital-or somewhere where they have chair scales.
(like I would feel it if I had lost one or two pounds!)

I just don't have time for the gym at present but I am getting lots of excercise packing and moving boxes around [msnsad]
I woke up feeling dizzy this morning [msnscared] (you may remember I had a really bad attack of labrynthitis last year [msnsad])
Seems to have gone off now, so hoping its just tiredness [msneek]
Good luck to all those weighing in today [msnsmile]
I've not heard of green tea capsules but I don drink a lot of green tea [msnwink] [msnwink]

Alison have you thought about trying a pair of trousers or a skirt that you had stopped wearing because it was too tight. I am sure that if you are loosing which I am sure that you are that will soon tell you.
By the way when are you next going out. We are toying with the idea of a late booking if we don't get September booked, especially if the weather is poor in August over here.

...no breakfast for me....
...had an awful morning. Just got back from the Accident and emergency. Little Harry, our youngest son had a febrile Convulsion in the early hours of this morning. Basically I heard him making a funny noise, went into check and he was face down in his pillow having this convultion. Then unable to wake up...awful and so very frightening. Anyway, emergency ambulance out after ringing the NHS helpline! taken to hospital. He started to come around in the ambulance and now (hopefully)is alright.
Apparently this is quite common in young children upto the age of 5 and is basically caused by a rapid increase in body temperature!...I never knew this. Got him home with me now and have to watch him closely for the next 48 hours....fingers crossed

[grouphug] [grouphug] for Harry and you Sharon.
Fingers crossed that all is ok now [grouphug]

Hope Harry is on the mend Sharon .
Alison keep at it .Have you ever looked at exercising in your chair -there might be some out there you can do to help you along.Try not to get too downhearted keep your next trip in mind.
Been varying the exercise this week 3 hours weeding at my Dads on tuesday not sure what I pulled up as I am hopeless at gardening -if he had any flowers he hasn't now!
Have a good day all.
