I try to imagine being separated from my main luggage for the night and work backwards from that. I take ziploc clear plastic sealed bags in my flightbag separated for day and night use now and it really has saved rooting about looking for the item I want. I can add bags for edibles or entertainment stuff. I find that without doing that, no matter how organised I try to make my bag, searching it in a confined space is a real pain.

Bachs Rescue Remedy, you buy it from the chemist, no prescription necessary, I usually get mine from Boots, you will find it with the herbal and homeopathic remedies, It's in a dropper type dispenser and you put it directly on your tongue but they have recently brought out a spray version. It says on the packaging "provides comfort in times of stress" and it works for me. Great to calm my nerves before an interview or if I have to give a presentation.
Give it a try you've nothing to lose except the cost..about £6.00
