stoneless dried prunes - ½ syn each so as long as you don't go mad (and would you want to!!) should be ok.
dates - 2 syns each, so have to be more careful with these, although so sweet you can perhaps just eat 1 or 2 rather than the whole box!
We are allowed 15 syns per day if that is any guideline!
thanks Fiona,
i buy the little bags in Asda, have eaten a few bags, (i have to as i have dyhrodcodeine and thety make me so constipated,) (but thats not for here[msnwink][laugh][laugh])
just wondering if its these that make me gain weight, didnt have them last week but before i did, theyre better then choc or sweets? or so i thought! thanks for the info will take it a lot easier with them!![msnembarrased]
Is carrot cake not fattening then? I quite like that.

Ah. Weight watchers, yes I knew there had to be a catch.
Paula, I am also prone to shoving foodstuffs in my mouth complete. I was once thrown out of a Stube in Mayrhofen for shoving a complete Jelly dessert in in one.[msnsmile2]
Can you do a jam donut in one? (I can).
Julie, we'll let you off this one. You can't be seen food cramming with an avatar like that.
