That is so true Fiona, I read a very informative article recently and it said 'have you slipped into maintenence'? If you want to lose 2lbs a week you can only go off the rails with ONE MEAL A WEEK!! [msnscared][msnscared]

[msneek] i have resisted so far but dont know how long i can hold out til
Well, either the sewing fairy came in last night and secretly let me trousers out or I've lost a bit.
Not the most scientific way of gauging it I grant you but its all I've got.
No Chance of a six pack by Christmas though.[msnsad]

The weight watchers mince pies have 2.5 points. I don't think I'd bother I will just stick to carrot cake.
Apart from putting on 2 lbs I am having one of those really bad days were I feel totally fed up[msncry]
Here are some ideas:
Make sure you have satsumas in, then when you are desperate for something sweet can have that.
Drink lots and lots and lots of water. Does work.
Have hot water with lemon in instead of coffee/chocolate with milk / cream.
Try and take 15 mins extra exercise each day - fast walk round the block will do!
Put a bad picture of yourself on the front door of the fridge / biscuit tin etc.
And remember ........ a second on the lips... a lifetime on the hips!
Satsumas and clementies are great at the moment get lots in, also 40 cals hot choc drink for the evenings sweet cravings[msnwink]
Half a stone of by christmas eve oh yes!!![clap][clap][clap]
