wow Julie!!!!!!!
success express, i am impressed i have thought about trying this as my class consultant is raving about it all the time
however i cannot trust myself with the 1/3rd - 2/3rds portions and i am a little afraid that i will mess it up
it's a really good family freindly way of eating though as it has the correct balance on every plate, portion control at it's very best[msnwink]
i like the "mix to max days" and i sometimes have one of these [clap]
i did notice the photo but it makes me feel guilty, i will have to get into some serious exercise[sporty][sporty][sporty] does walking the little one to school and housework count???????
how do you make your fruit salad? - i make mine with diet lemonade so totally syn free![angel]

Good luck with the weigh in tomorrow Liesa
Julie...You seem to have grasped the SW programme swifty and smoothly...well done[clap]. Your food diary sounds great. You'll have to tell us more about this "Success Express"[msnwink]
Mizzy....tell us more...fruit salad made with diet lemonade????
I'm really boring and have double cream with mine[msnembarrased]...but not when I'm dieting![msnwink]
..really fancy a glass of wine tonight but I am resisting at the moment[msnscared][msnscared]

Mizzy - diet lemonade tell me more!! I just chop up fruit and throw it all in a bowl[msnscared] You get sme juice from the melon and grapes etc but i don't add anything[msnsmile]
Thanks for noticing my photo[msnwink]
Yes Success Exp was highly thought of at SW today and someone had lost 6lbs last week but doing 4 out of 7 days on it[msnwink]
You have mail by the way[msnwink]

Sharon and Julie
when i make a fruit salad it's always dry so another member suggested adding diet lemonade (instead of fresh orange juice which you would have had to count as syns) it gives the salad a little sparkle and tastes yummy diet lilt is also another good alternative
Sharon the success express sounds easy but takes some reading to get your head around it, if you have a look on the sw website it will explain all
i have sent you some more details by dm

Mizzy - I would never have thought of that, what a great idea[clap][clap][clap] I must admit I will be refering to the SW manuals forever I think, but I have eaten more food today than I used to so I am hoping as its all good whole foods that it will kick my met rate into touch and I can finally get back to my correct weight[msnwink]
Sharon - thanks for the compliment but I think it will take me a while before I can do SW without the manuals[msnscared] Now 1 glass of wine (hang on just get the book[msnwink]) 125 mls Red 4.5 and White 4.0 syns[msnwink][msnwink]

Just popping in after a busy day at work followed by a 6 mile walk with friend(I'm exhausted now![msnscared]) It's school holiday week here so I've got childcare issues too!
Not getting weighed until the end of the week at the earliest, but I think I'm getting there. Still following SW principles but haven't given it the deserved "reading time"[msnembarrased]
Great to read how well everyone is doing. Well done all the exercisers, losers and tryers!
