Well back from Florida and can't believe how many pages have gone on this topic - there are over 14 of them!
Haven't had time to read through properly yet but looks like most people are doing well. I'm off to do the shopping in the morning to get back on the diet myself and will weigh myself when I get back to see how much I have put on - it feels like it will be loads!

Hi
congratulations Paula on your 2lb weight loss[angel][clap][clap]
just back from class and i have lost another 1lb[clap]
that makes my total loss 1 stone 1lb
i am pleased because i have lost every week for 7 weeks and i am aiming to continue so i can get to 10 weeks and then to 15 etc
i have set myself a mini target to lose 2lbs for the next weeks weigh in and i am feeling soooo positive that think i can do this
Julie your food diary looks fab to me and i'm sure you'll meet some lovely new people at class tommorow[msnsmile]
Tracey it's good to have you back
Sharon i have had to read your post twice - i thought you had been playing "twister"[msnwink] but of course you mean the exerciser[msnembarrased]

Glad you are feeling better Fiona
Sharon your soup sounds yum. Yeah I reckon the scales are wrong. Mine change every minute, so I use the ones at work!
Paula that's a great loss, well done!
Mizzy that's a great loss too, and well done to have 7 weeks loss in a row! I read yesterday that the slower you lose weight the better it is for the skin, and you won't end up with any wrinkly bits! Those people who lose weight very fast, find they have excess skin to contend with later on!
Oh and thanks for the tips on the syns. I like that philosophy, makes sense, just mustn't go the whole bottle again!

Well done Mizzy and Theresa[clap][clap][clap][clap]

Welcome back Tracey, so will soon lose anything you have put on, that's if you have put on[msnwink]
Sharon I know what you mean, I have eaten so much veg and fruit today[msnscared]
Have a great week this week everyone[clap][clap][clap]

Thanks Julie, and thanks back to you, because the SW mags you sent me, have been such an inspiration, and you are such a darling to send me the OK & Heat magazine too, which arrived this morning! That was so nice of you! I am quite tired today, sat up reading up on all the news and gossip from home! [grouphug]

Edit: I've actually decided to DM this to mizzy as its a SW question!

Welcome home Tracy, hope you had a great time [msnsmile]
Well done to the fruit and veg gang [msnwink] - keep it up.
And not forgetting the girls and their twisters/trainers etc - give them some stick [sporty]
13 mins on the cross trainer last night for me - again followed by stepper and rower. I had lots of frustration to get rid of as I just had a rotten day at work - and missed my OV sessions [msnsad]
