well done Mizzy-you are doing so well.
Yes the muffin recipe would be nice.
Still had a good day today. Made a big pan pan of mince stew with loads of leeks, carrots and onions and promptly ate about half of it.
Here's to another good day for everyone tomorrow.
My daughter thinks I've lost a bit of my bust!

Well done Mizzy that's great news on your loss!
Jill your Grandparents place in Mitcham is just 5 mins from me! I know it very well. The fruit orchards would be long gone, its very developed around there. Neighbours is filmed next to the field my Son plays Baseball in. We often see them, I have met Lou Carpenter in my local KMart before, Toadie at the food court, and Guy Pearce dropped into my place once, to pick up a friend who was visiting us! Stuart (Blair) at our local pub. He was really nice and my Mum chatted away to him, as she is a huge neighbours fan. I love freaking visitors out and driving into "Ramsay Street" en route to the shops, their mouths drop open in shock! Ha Ha! All the shopping centre scenes are at our local shops, and the 'school' is actually around the back of us! We have little Neighbours Tourist Buses packed with 'poms' with the cameras clicking aorund, driving past daily! Ha Ha! Nobody really watches Neighbours in Oz, even though its on every night here too, its mainly filmed for the UK audience, without them it would have folded years ago!

Julie I forgot to say a huge thank you for the recipes you sent me! Can't wait to try that next week. You are a CHAMP!

Need to be just 9 weeks to our next trip.
Off to raid the fruit bowl for brekkie.
Think I fancy melon and cherries.

Alison i will get you that muffin recipe to you as soon as i can, i was thinking Alison how about measuring your weight loss with visual measurements and using a tape measure or a piece of string (great if you don't want to see the actual numbers) you can mark your waist hips and bust on with coloured felt pens? would this be any help at all
i've just had a lovely cooked brekkie for my lunch, sausages, bacon, eggs, mushrooms and fresh grilled tomatoes[msntongue] all syn free and delicious[msnsmile2]
thinking of switching to green at teatime and having quorn curry rice and chips
