Why start posting everyday again?[grouphug]

Well done Julie B
Have a great holiday Paula
I stayed the same this week, which was good, as I had a big weekend!
Jill the recipe Julie posted sounds right! I'm not a lover of Lamingtons, my kids love them though, I find them a bit dry!
Where is your Mum from?
Here's a picture of lamingtons, for those who haven't had them!

How on earth did she end up in England, after growing up here, that would be a huge move, and she would have found it very cold!
We have gastro going through our house, so not feeling too good today, so off my food, no food diary really.

Good evening all, had a super day out at Brighton, the sand sculptures are quite something, I will try and post some photos tomorrow. Diet when a little awry today but not too badly, will be back on track tomorrow.
Well done Mizzy, [clap][clap][clap] especially after Bettys visit.
Paula, have a super holiday, will you find time to keep in touch and let us know how things are going? I can't remember how long you are going for.
Kaz, I would really recommend Slimming World, it really is the best way that I know of to loose weight. You can seem to eat so much and weight really does come off.
Julie, hope the move goes well but probably by the time you read this it will all be over and you will be sorted out.
Theresa, my grandparents when to OZ in 1912 when they married and stayed out there during the First World War. My grandfather had a fruit farm at Mitchum and he also started the Australian Fruit Canning industry. They stayed out there except for a few visits back to the UK until 1934 when my mother was 18. Pop (grandfather) always wanted to go back but by the time the Second World War was over my grandmother did not want to go back as by then she had numerous grandchildren.
The land where they lived is now part of the exterior for Neighbours.
Well you have now had part of my family history and I am off to bed.
Julie, thanks for the recipe for lamingtons, I will take it down and make them one of these days. Theresa, made correctly they should not be dry but lovely and moist and goey[msnwink]
