Well - good news on the weigh in. 1 pound lost by some miracle [msnoo] so feeling pleased that I did not manage to completely blow out the diet at the weekend. :D
So am now on plan and am willing myself to to do good while on my trip and get rid of that stone and half by xmas!

Yes, I need to lose alot. Being let out of sixth form at lunchtime has definately taken its toll when theres McDonalds, Starbucks, Thorntons and Pizza Hut all in the small town just down the road from school (Its also taken its toll on my bank account too!!) [drinkpepsi]
I was good yesterday...apart from the fact that my friend offered me chocolate at school and i gave in. I was very good with my exercise though. I did 2 mins power walking then 8 minutes running on the treadmill x2!! [sporty]
Today i was very very good with my eating:
Breakfast: Porridge
Break: Elevenses nutri-grain bar
Lunch; Lettuce and Tuna with light thousand island dressing
Tea: Lettuce and Chicken Tikka pieces with light thousand island dressing.
Did 2 mins walk, 5 mins run on the treadmill x2 then 10 mins powerwalking, nearly on my running speed!!

(oh!! and yes i have a thing for smileys....just like mum!! hehehe)[angel]

Yes, in fact we have around 7 computers, including the laptops, i think so hopefully we shouldn't need to fall out! hehe!
