For all the travelling to and from the team meetings we would probably be able to negotiate a really good deal on airfare. If only we could find a travel operator that has charter jumbo jets, any suggestions[?];)
CarolineM, a really good thread to read about possibly buying a villa is this one: http://www.orlando-guide.info/forums...?TOPIC_ID=4053, it is in the forum that Blott suggests, but a few pages back.
We could use the Tupperware convention centre for our annual meetings last time we were there it looked big enough to fit us all in. Will bo going on Saturday so will check it out !! thats if I get enough time between parking, pooling, shopping and scoffing

So what we need is a rating system, where we rate the quality of each others posts and then only get rewards dependent on the post achieving a minimum rating threshold, perhaps combined with an accumulative averaged threshold target to ensure long term quality posting. Perhaps we could also combine a system of personal mentoring to have goal orientated personal improvement strategies to make us all better posters over time.
That sounds simple enough to introduce, and would be perfectly fair and unbiased.:)[/quote]WHAT!!!!!!!
Gosh Roger you're dragging up some very old threads!!
How on earth did you find this thread Roger? But interesting to see that back in 2003 the members numbers were 1201, and now it is 7604 [msnoo]
I must admit that even after all this time it still had me in stitches. :D

And of course we need at least quarterly team-bonding courses to make sure we are absolutely unbiased in our marking and they MUST be in Orlando and last for at least 4 weeks at a time - all chargeable to the Forum expense account as it is a necessary part of our ongoing development as per strict EEC guidelines.
:D:D

I'd never noticed our "Star Ratings" before. I've just had to go and find one of my own posts to see how many stars I'm worthy of.
Now I feel like a new-starter at McDonalds!!
