Macka keep it up - it will be worth it in the end. My mum always said she could never give up and then did it overnight, proof positive that it can be done. We are all willing you on.
Had a good day yesterday until we went to friends for supper then had lasagne, followed by a sweet with ice cream and chocolates with coffee.
Today I am playing tennis all day at my local club in a fund raising tournament for breast cancer so should be able to be good.

Well done Macka.....When I gave up smoking I put on nearly 1 stone because I had to eat everything in sight!!!! It'll pass, I now!![msnwink][msnwink]...better eating and not smoking!!!
Like Julie says, try still do some xercise of some sort just to burn off some of the extra calories!! Keep up the good work!

Well done Macka - I have a friend who smoked 40+ a day, more on weekends. He gave up a year ago and feels lots better for it - not to mention all the cash he's saved. Keep strong!!!
