Well done Paula, every little counts[clap].
Trying to make amends for yesterday which was a disaster! All starving after revolting chinese lunch and stopped at the service station to grab something! MIL forcing tea and biscuits on us and bics were stale so all surrepticiously bunged in my bag. What is it with their generation that they will eat food that is yonks past it's sell by date and not blame that for all their tummy upsets?? Harldy safe to have a cup of tea there anymore, and she is affronted when we all ask for a glass of water instead of won't eat anything!
No breakfast, and have brought bulgar wheat salad and cottage cheese + fruit to work for lunch. Chilli for supper and off to the club for either a gym workout, swim or pilates after second walk with the hounds. (Nothing to do with weigh in tomorrow then!!)

Oh Fiona - what a day!! sounds like you area back on track today tho.[msnsmile]
Over the weekend we bought a new sandwich maker - more of a chiabata taoster really. But it is great [clap] No butter required and I had a fabulous toastie with ham, yellow peppers and mushrooms with 28g of cheese from my allowance for supper last night. Wonderful - kids like it to.
Weigh in for me is tomorrow so will be doing extra exercise today just to encourage any fat that is still decideding whether to take the exit ramp to do so please [msnwink]
