Well ladies, alot of us have had to cook the Sunday roast!
I managed to resist the roast pototoes, had lots of veg but had to have one Yorkshire pudding!![msncry]....well a Sunday roast would not be the same without these......well I am a Yorkshire lass after all!![msnwink][msnwink]
Also, had a couple of glassess of red wine, which I throughly enjoyed[msnscared][msnscared]
Back to the diet tommorow and off swimming to burn the extra calories off!![msnwink]

Have to admit that I sucomed to one of Aunt Bessies Yourkshire too [msnsad]
But on the up side teh X Trainer is up and ready and I had a bash on that to try and compensate [msnsmile2]

I've lost 1lb. Got to say I'm a little disappointed because I know I've tried hard.
