good day today, although didn't manage to get to the gym.
Jacket pot with beans and small amount of grated cheese for lunch and spag bog for supper, more meat than pasta and large salad. Just about to chop up a water melon.
Tomorrow down to visit MIL and have to eat at a chinese, so no breakfast I think, and supper will have to be soup and some fruit to compensate.

Fiona - why not try going Green and having lots of rice and Vegatables at the Chinese. Might help?[msneek]

Good idea, sadly it is a very old-fashioned Chinese and food is not brilliant, so plate of vegetables is rather dull and uninteresting, and all the food tastes of monosodium whatsit. Still it is either that or a cheap roast at somewhere equally deadly so this seems to be the lesser of 2 evils!

Having a rest from training as I have done 5 days this week, had a omlette so far today[msnwink]
Making home made chilli tonight - yummy!!

Thansk Sharon its still a bit off[msnsad] I don't think it had completetly gone from the other week, so many bugs around at the moment!

Sharon - we are having a roast too but I should be OK so long as I avaid the potatoes and yorkshire. I am allowed as much turkey and veg as I like on this plan so don't feel like I am missing out toooo much [msnwink]
Still no movement on the x trainer front so have been for a bike ride with number 2 son instead and now feel in need of a nice cold beer [beer] - I will be good a stick to water tho [msncry]

I'm doing a roast today, chicken with no skin, loads of veggies, the potatoes, I have got some small ones and will roast them with just a couple of sprays of I cal oil.
