Did my 40 lengths in the pool and then a mad trolley dash followed by Jacket Potatoe and Beans with salad for lunch as I am on a green day today. Feeling very virtuos (?) now as I go for a walk ending at number 2 son's school ready for pick up time.

Just had supper baked potato with prawns and salad and then plums. No dressing with the salad. Only had one biscuit this afternoon. Now off to the Sailing club for bar duty probably be midnight or later before we get home.

Well, I've stayed the same this week but have mananged to buy some new cloths a size smaller!!!! wwwhhhhheeyyyyyyyyyy[msncool]

Well the weekend is going OK so far and I am being good.
Muesli for breakfast ( at 10.30am [msnwink] )
Jacket Potatoe for lunch and Beef salad for tea tonight. Also been to Swindon today and bought an excercise machine to put in the garage - I think it is called a X trainer [msneek]
What ever it is called it looks like it will be hard work but got to burn off that fat some how :D
