Good day for me today...porridge......soup and fruit..........fish and salad and 3 new pots [msnwink] No snacks lots of water and a skinny latte[msnwink] Got a yogurt for later, still managing to eat last meal before 6pm[angel][angel]
Did 30 min run this morning too[sporty][sporty][sporty]
Good to hear everyone is moivated again this week and good to see Carole (Aiminghigh) is back on track too[grouphug][grouphug]

Felt hungry all day and also feeling bloated and fat. Havn't eaten anything bad but kept thinking of food.
Must sort myself out tomorrow.

Well I feel I'm off to a good start. Cereal for breakfast, tuna salad for lunch and Maderia Chicken with plenty of vegetables for tea. I always eat with the children at around 4.30pm but I didn't manage to fit any exercise in today. I will try harder tomorrow.

Porridge for breakfast, chicken pieces in wholemeal pitta for lunch, lots of fruit and water and a jacket pot and beans tonight.
A good session at the gym, it's taken a long while but for the first time since I was poorly I managed to run for 20 mins tonight - so I'm gradually getting back to where I was [sporty]
Lets hope Tuesday was as good as Monday!!!! Well done everyone!!!!

I need to loose weight and get fitter - can I join - I need all the encouragement I can get. Only four weeks to go before our next Florida trip so do not have much time - started well this morning with cereal and apple for breakfast, now off to walk the dog.
