As I got weighed last week I didn't get on the scales this morning - will stick to every other week from now on. But it's pizza, pasta and wine night for the girls tonight - so did an extra few minutes on the cross trainer last night [sporty] [msneek]

Come on Macka, my husband has been doing this with me, he started at 14 stone 2 and is now 12 stone 2. He has to be fit for his job but is doing even more exercises, he is doing the great south run in a couple of weeks.

yes paula i have 4 grandchildren, theyre only little people tho' eldest is nearly 5, (from my son, no longer with his mum but we get on so well) 2 from my nearly 20 year old daughter, 2 girls aged 1 yesterday and nearly 3, and another grandson whos coming to florida with us in 5 days!! hes 20 months and a litlle monkey!!! keeps me on my toes!!
cant tell you how much this has made my day!!!
