i have had 3 choc bars since wed eve, and a cheese sarnie, oh and a bag of crisps........ been peeing for England so i am not fat just full of fluid[msneek] as i didnt drink from wed eve till yesterday eve!!!!
havent the foggiest what will happen at weight watchers this week!!!!!

Yes, I have lost it a bit lately[msnscared]
I always seem to be hungry, can't seem to sort myself out.
I need to lose more weight and certainly don't want to put it back on again so I must get back on track.

Went to a friends BBQ on Saturday and ate tooooooooooooo much, but we did have a really good evening[beer]
Only 1 month to go now so must get some more weight off.

Well my baby girl started nursery school today and I had not got 10lbs off like I wanted too only managed 5-6lbs so got to get going again!!
I am back to work tomorrow during school hours so think that will help as I will be very busy and I will take a packed lunch[msnwink]
So my next goal is to get a stone off by Christmas Day [clap][sporty][clap][sporty] So that gives me 15 weeks to lose a pound a week, think I can do it??????????? I must!!!!!!!!! I would then be a comfy size 12[msnsmile]

Well had 2 celebratory meals last week for my 50th, both delicious and both way off diet! Am back on the hard boiled egg & salad for a few days, and back at the gym. Breakfast has been oatflakes and skimmed milk[angel] (to make up for the champagne and many other goodies[}:)])!!
On a positive note, did any of you measure yourselves when first going on the diet? We were measured first week of signing in at SW and had the red, yellow & green tape. Not much difference on the red, yellow is a couple of inches, and about ¾" on the green - so although only lost 5lbs since going back am definately changing shape which is showing in clothes as well. Nice to know all that sweating at the gym is having some effect as that fiend of a gym instructor has me doing 10 minutes on some horrible machine which is like running up steps. I am slowly building myself up in 2 minute attempts and now up to 3/3½ min at a time before I have a breather, quick gulp of water and start again. I am not allowed to do any weight bearing stuff so very boring work out, 5 mins of bike riding, 10 mins on XT machine, exercises, 10 more mins at higher power on bike and more exercises. Am starting pilates this week as well as gals say it tones you up even more than the gym appears to!
One month till we are off to Dubai for my celebration so got to keep going!
