yes Sandra, we are staying in a house on WWB owned by the slade - collins, you may know the house, we are hoping to meet up with mrs cdv if she has a tiki party [msnwink] and with the pegasus family at bahama breeze for a cocktail or two [party1] well done on losing 2lbs [clap] i'd love to know about the cruise, a trip/food report for us foodies on here would be great, hint hint? [bowwave] they do say confession is good for the soul :D
i've had a good day today even with mil over for lunch
firstly i've gotta say she did not comment one iota on my hair or weight which has to be a first [msneek]
todays food diary was green
brekkie 1 slice toast n jam 1.5syns
lunch was sunday dinner with minted lamb quorn grills and stacks of veggies
fresh fruit salad for afters
supper 1 slice toast with scrambled egg 1.5syns for very low fat spread
sunbites 6 syns
total syns 9[angel]

Syns Bag of Quavers 5 Butter 2
Had loads of the bolognaise I had yesterday so added chillis to it today and froze the rest for during the week.

You ladies have made my mind up for me I will rejoin my Thursday group rather than a Monday one! I think my DH will be coming with me as our GP and the nurse have told him to lose weight otherwise he may get diabetes later in life, as his mum has it. So that would be really good !

I like my weight when ever I get on the scales on Fridays so I feel it will be good for my motivation[msnsmile2] I always have a few treats at the weeekend although the scales looked OK this morning but I will stay tight lipped until Friday[msnwink]
Hair looks much better now[msnsmile] Still longish at the back but lots of layers around the face and back to no grey[clap][clap][clap]
