Julie I hope Lucy is OK today. As for the spray tan, I have had one done but wasn't brave enough to get my kit off in front of anyone. I went into a booth were you had to stand in the stance of an ape and turn around. It was very good though. I always thought you were a Mum of six.....don't know how I came to that conclusion.

Paula, I have had 4 babies (Lucy 4, Louis 9, Keeley 17 and Ryan 22 this month) of my own and I inherited one, my step son Rick who is now 21[msnwink] Liesa has 6[msnwink]

Millie, you will find great support on here. As others have said many of us go to Slimming World and find their style of eating is fairly easy to follow, once you have got used to it. Then there is also someone on here who can help you if you are unsure.
Julie, look forward to seeing the photo of you with a tan, perhaps a before and after so we can see the difference. I have often thought about having it done just before a holiday but have never been brave enough. I just rely on the natural thing, I know it's not the thing to do but I do love the sun.
Paula, glad you had a good day yesterday.
It is our 30th wedding anniversary next Monday so we are planning a special night out sometime next week.

Alison i'm sure this is not true, there are times we all feel bigger when we actually aren't, could be water retention with this heat, you doing great so think positive [grouphug]
i have had a word with my consultant and she is very happy for you to attend class to get the support and information whilst getting weighed on the hospital or doctors scales, dm me if you would like her phone number, the sw food plan has changed so much in the last few years and there is now more choice than ever like mix to max where you can have a red lunch and then green tea or vice versa and the new success express
