Well done sally thats great
& you fiona(have a nice holiday)
Liesa, I feel a bit like you, its so disheartening when you think your doing so well and then you actually put weight on!!! My weigh in is thurs night so fingers crossed.
Julie - how do you get time to weigh out everything when your working and being a mum?? I find by the time I get home from work, done the chores etc I just don't have the time to do things like that. Hubby helps where he can, but we all know that most fella's dont do things the way we want them done so usually end up following them round.......lol

Well I have managed to lose the princely sum of ½lb at my weigh in tonight, still better off than on I suppose. Good news is I have now lost 1 stone since I first started last September, with an 8 month gap for illness between Nov - Jun.
Off to Florida on Thurs, sooooooooooooo, no peanuts, no B Mary's, no Ben & Jerry's ice cream, NY cheesecake, ho hum, I think that is most unlikely. So folks the message is if you can't be good be careful!
BTW - we got a free booklet with curry recipes tonight - looks good, and I think we will be trying them while at the villa, so will report back and if they are tasty, will post some on here.

Well done Sally [clap]
Well done Fiona [clap] Hope you have a wonderful holiday and eat whatever you fancy [msntongue]
Liesa - please don't be dis-heartened. You must pick yourself up and start again. Easier said than done I know....
As Julie (Mach2) said perhaps you need a week where you weigh and measure things to give yourself a kick start.
WW seems to have worked for your Steve - try eating more or less the same as him???
It's going to be really hard but I'm sure you can do this - I know you can do this [grouphug][grouphug] xx

the difference here is he works away from any temptation!! i always start with good intentions and not really sure what part of the day i start going wrong? i have no choc bars in the house , no crisps, no picky stuff, but the the WW lady wonders if i am eating enough? maybe not i wonder, so am going to write it all down this week and see what happens!!!
Liesa, that's a good starting point having no "naughty" things in the house. Have some good snacks ready in case you need to nibble - fruit, low fat yogs, carrot, nuts (not the roasted, salted kind), seeds, oatcakes etc etc.
Drink lots of water..... and take the advice of the WW lady, it is possible to eat too little [msneek] Main thing is not to eat the wrong things [msneek]
Keep smiling - you are going to do this........
thanx all!![grouphug][grouphug][grouphug]
