Im still ploding along, not going to lose this week I don't think - for the newbies lost 10lbs since January and would like to lose another stone or even another 10lbs[msnscared]
Not bothered about drinking for some reason since last baby don't really bother and don't miss it at all[msnwink]
Porridge for breakfast, chicken salad for lunch and two meat samosas for dinner (nor ideal I know) as I didn't get home until 8pm[msnwink] Had a fruit smoothe to get some fruits into me!
Lets remember what ever diet you are doing 5 portions of fruit and veg girls, lets keep up the healthy side of things and check labels for whats in snacks etc (Liesa read the back of those snack-a-jacks) ! Plus keep the exercise going too!!

Julie, whenever i have "snacked" on a few snack a jacks i have had a weight loss, theyre only rice cakes and they fill a hole!! will look on the back though[msnwink]
I lost 3lbs!!!
That makes a total of 6lbs since I joined you 2 weeks ago (must remember it was weight I had only recently gained though)
I didn't manage to get the WW wine, but I'll go out today and try to find it.
I was quite good yesterday - most of my friends were being healthy due to upcoming holidays.
As an incentive to be good over the weekend, I will do a final pre holiday weigh in on Monday.

Well I only lost half a pound this week [msnsad]
As I have eaten nothing but porridge, chicken, fish, fruit and veg this week it must be the lack of excercise that is slowing me down [msnsad]
I just can't wait to feel well enough to get back to the gym......

Tell your husband that muscle weighs three times more than fat, so although he may not have lost much weight, he probably is much more toned and slimmer. I went to the gym for like 3 weeks and I lost 5lbs but i should really have lost much more because I was doing aLOT of exercise and eating little and often.
The last time I weighed, I was 127lbs. But that was a while ago, and I've been eating worse more recently. So Im quite terrified of weighing. I know I dont need to lost any more than about a stone, but I have no motivation, and I always get stuck at 9st and find it hard to get below that.
Oh well, we'll make this time different, eh?

and like 1.25 litres of diet coke (10)
ive decided to count calories rather than any of these weight watchers things.
cause i find them confusing.
from me you'll need to realise that i change my diet plan every day because i have no patience.
no one told me how much they've lost =(( except for Ana and Mach 2 (well done, you guys)
