Well, it was not quite as bad as I anticipated and I put 1 lb on, so it is repairable!!!
Hope you are feeling better Janice.
Off for another week of functions tomorrow so today I am almost starving myself. Have eaten a banana and some soup!!! It is now getting on for 6pm and I am going to have a couple of scrambed eggs with baked beans after the news, and then treat myself to a HiFi bar before bedtime. If I can be really bothered, I will make a fruit salad and fill up on that!

M&S low fat sausages (1 1/2 syns each)
potato and parsnip mash, mushrooms and baked beans

Anyway, I didn't go to sw last Thursday, but don't think I have done much damage, just have to wait and see.
As Shirley has said Sandra, you did really well to only put 1 lb on, well done.
Not sure about what I will be eating today as have to do a shop.

Well I am really pleased I lost another 2 pounds last week so I am only 1 pound away from my target. just wanted to say thanks to everyone for theor support.
I assume with the slimming world plan to maintain your weght you continue as normal on the plan but do the syn values change?

Well done Claire.
As far as I know, nothing changes when you have reached your target. You just have to remain within 3 lb of it to go to SW and not pay, and you don't need to attend every week, just when you feel like it.
No one told me any different when I reached my taget 14 months ago. Just wish I was still within 3 lbs of it[msncry][msncry]
Sounds like you will definitely be at target for your holiday, so great news for you.

Had a tin of tomato soup today, loads of syns but not feeling well so needed comfort food.
No energy and achy today. Hopefully just a 24hr thing.

Well, I stayed the same so well relieved. Had 4 creme brulee's and 3 bread and butter puds at 7 functions in 8 days!!! Tonight it was Eton Mess!!! Yummy. Only 4 nights to go and I get to have a meal at home which will be sawdust biscuits and banana!
