We flew MCO-ATL-MAN in March this year with a 2 hour stop-over in Atlanta. There was plenty of time to spare, I think it helped that we were one of the first off the plane in Atlanta. We prebooked our seats especially for that reason and chose two seats as close as possible to the exit doors. I think any problems would only arise if your Delta plane was late leaving Orlando.
