You're right, I couldn't find Universal/IOA tickets either on the website.
You can always order tickets directly on the Universal website and print them (they have tickets for 1 to 7 days over a 14 days period), but I'd first check with Parktickets and check if they do it, you'll probably get a better price, not to mention the service[msnwink].
