I did this flight recently, from Edinburgh to Orlando v Newark. I missed the connection by 5 minutes, the plane hadn't left but the gate had closed. They put me on the next flight which left 1 hour later. They have many flights each day so do not get stressed if you are running late and immigration can be a hit or a miss!

We have around 1 hr 50 to do the connection and think this should be fine. I have noticed a lot of onward flights to Orlando, so I suppose if we do get delayed we can always catch the next one.
