you'll no doubt be in each others thoughts tho Sarah, cant put a price on real love!! dont need special days to remember how much you love one another!![msnwink] we only buy cos the kids want us to, we say "i love you" every day and we mean it, just knowing my man is coming home to me and the kids each and every day is good enough, and has done for almost 27 years!
Well said Liesa Anna , years ago a friend of mine worked as a florist in a posh city centre florist , every Friday morning this guy would come in and place an order for a nice bouquet to be delivered to his wife ,then he placed an order to have the top of the range bouquet send to another lady (she was a Miss ). Lets hope by now the wife has got her revenge.

We have done most things, dinner on the Orient Express Northern Belle one year, concieved my baby girl after that one, weekend in Paris, trip to New York, new car another year, diamond braclet etc etc so we are now very very happy without any of the material gifts we are happy just to be together and to share a bottle of bubbly at home [grouphug][grouphug][grouphug]

You should have done a Posh and Becks and called her Belle[msnwink]

Thanks for that little dig Liesa, I am very lucky to have had those things but as I said I don't need them, just an evening at home with my one true soul mate is all I need[msnsmile2]
We celebrate at home like Julie said with one true soul mate. Being together since we were 14 years old, married when we were 18, 30 years coming up. Looking forward to another thirty. I always said to people that if I won the lottery I would not know what to buy as I have been lucky enough to have everything that I have ever wanted and having someone like my hubby is better than a million anyday. Oh by the way he is not the least bit romantic, but never a day has gone past without him saying I.L.Y and meaning it.So it is valentines every day for me.
Norma.
i suppose you are right LiesaAnna, may treat her to the football match next weekend[msnwink]

My hubby and I share the same birthday, 2 days after Valentines Day, it got quite expensive 3 celebrations in one week so Valentine's Day bit the dust a long time ago[msnsad]
As he works abroad we often don't spend birthdays together either unless it is at the weekend [msncry]
This year I will be travelling to Manchester on my birthday and away at the weekend, in Florida with my sister[msnwink][clap][clap] So no celebrations of any sort this year[msneek]
