Like you we did the theme parks on our 1st visit but on our 2nd visit we are doing Universal parks again with busch gardens this time because we didn't do that last time,we're doing discovery cove,doing the beaches then possibly places like clearwater,the everglades,boggy creek but something else might come along as well

The Cirque du Soliel is a fantastic show for children and adults, located in downtown disney.
Have you been to Kennedy Space Centre? - it's well worth a visit.
If you want to try something a bit different, apparently there is a Rodeo in Kissimmee on a Friday night although we've not tried it. I'm sure someone on the Forum will be able to give you details. :)
Patrick, we are over in October and intend to try out the Rodeo, it is not expensive and is located just off 192 east. Here is the website for you to take a look at [website link edited] and it has directions.
Sea screamer is fantastic. Hommassas Springs is well worth a visit, you can get very close to the manatee.
