If that happens my November/December three weeks are going to be even more shoptastic than normal...
Seeing as last December I think I got $1.65 to the GBP then I think I'm owed a good rate :D
Already got half the spending money though as $1.80 was a great rate a few weeks back.

i have bought some dollars in anticipation of a november holiday just in case the rate drops.[8D]
If the rate hits anything over two to the pound, not to mention 2.41 ish, i will be spending a fortune. Will have a house in florida sooner rather than later.
I cant see it happening though. But we can keep our fingers crossed.
£/$ at 12 month high today - $1.915. Is this good or bad news for villa owners? I suppose it's very good news for somebody looking to buy property about now.
Right time to hit Premium Outlets, Walmart and others tomorrow with credit card....get more for my allowance :)

I just transferred some £££'s to our US account via our on line broker and got 1.88 dollars to the pound :D:D:D

Go on Dan. With the exchange rate being what it is (and going to be) you can always buy another hat.[clap][clap][lucky][lucky]
I bought some Travellers Cheques from M & S on Saturday at $1.837 thought this was excellent - have never had a rate anywhere like this in all the time we have been going(starting 93)
