As it is not our main holiday we won't be eating out (saving that for Florida), having lots of bbq's and salad.

hello all have been missing for a long time sorry ! have been back for 2 weeks now have just quickly caught up with this thread. have been really busy but life is getting back to normal again. was really pleased with myself got weighed when came back from florida and had lost half a pound ! i know dont ask me how ate for england and drank think it was all the stress ! but have been away last weekend for a wedding and put about 4 ils on ! oops so back to it now have been back to the gym every day though so hopefully will soon get that off.
keep it up everyone it really inspiring to read this thread[grouphug]

I am so far this weekend managing to resist most(!) temptations. We've just come back from a picnic were I ate mainly salad and strawberries - not sure how well I'm going to at tomorrow's BBQ though....
