Fiona, I am glad that today is over for you and all of your family. You cannot blame ED for wanting comfort food at a time like this, it is only natural. Fingers crossed that the 6 & 1/2 weeks treatment goes much better than you expect and that she isnt too poorly. Dont forget to look after yourself and remember that all of us here will be thinking of you and wishing all goes well.
Well done Jill, now you just have to stay at target, which I am sure you will manage as you have done so well.

Morning ladies, Yes I am up at 0430[msneek] got to drive down to SW HO again today and wanted to sleep in my own bed last night[msnwink]

sorry haven't been around for a little bit
bit of a nightmare yesterday, first and very silly of me, but my new leather corner sofa that i ordered for the den wouldn't fit in, que lots of swear words from dh, in the end we had to take the window out, so he said, that's it! you cannot change it ever, if we ever move it'll have to stay with the house[msneek]
secondly i got a shock when i clicked onto the owners website of the villa i have booked for march only to receive a message that said this villa is no longer available as the villa is due to be sold, que lots of panic from me and lots of e.mails going back and forth
we had this happen before on our first ever trip, just after paying my balance we had an e.mail saying the villa was sold and here are the new owners details etc, not a problem we thought until we arrived at out luxury villa to find that all those little extras and luxuries where no longer part of the same deal with the new owner and all we now had was a very basic villa, they had even disconnected the phone line [msnsad] and we had an allmighty battle to get my security deposit returned as the new owner said the old owner had it and vice versa!
so i made some pretty stupid food choices yesterday, like you Sally, it's those trick or treat goodies that i normally don't have lying around in my house[msnembarrased]
anyway enough of all this moaning, there are people with some very genuine worries and not silly panicky ones
Fiona, hope the treatment for your daughter goes well and doesn't take too much out of you all

hi everyone well done jill getting to target and 2lb weight loss as well thats great,fiona i hope you and your daughter are not worrying too much you will both get through it, try and think positive, julie come back with loads of info for us so we will all look like goddesses for christmas (not good godesses} that is those of us that arnt at target yet, and hello sharon i think you were on holiday when i first started on this thread nice to talk to you. and any one else who i have missed lets keep going for santa coming pat

thanks Fiona, for the minute it looks like we are staying in the same villa, the guy said it's his ex wife and she has altered their website and that's why it just shows a "this villa is due to be sold message and all enq to a mobile number" which is her number
i have checked with John and Roger and the guy is still advertised on OV and is verified as owning it, so i will have to wait and see, but one thing for sure if he does sell up then i would rather have my deposit retuned than go through the fiasco that happened last time
i'm planning on chinese tonight, naughty and nice[msntongue] and then i'm going to walk for england tommorrow in the hope of burning off those extra calories[msnembarrased]
the fireworks have started and Olly seems ok for now, how are your dogs doing?

Good evening all, had a naughty day today, went to the local farmers market and bought some gorgeous home made cakes and couldn't resist them when I got home, so have had a lemom merignue pie which was gorgeous, well I do have to eat enough to make sure I don't loose anymore don't I[?]:D
Mizzy, hope the villa works out OK, but even if it doesn't I'm sure you will find another one from this site, so don't worry too much.
I have been shopping this week for some new winter clothes and was very pleased when I was able to buy some size 10 trousers, a little tight but with some exercise I'm sure they will be OK. Size 12 were just too big.
Well, we have to go off to bed early tonight as DH and his partner are off at 5.20am to get the boat out for the winter and I have to drive them down otherwise I will not have the car for the rest of the day as the other one is up at the boatyard where the boat is going to. Am helping at a christmas fair tomorrow but hope to escape about lunchtime otherwise Tansy won't get a walk. She is curled up under my feet at the moment because of the fireworks, she seems to hear them even when we don't.

Mizzy, Sorry to hear about your problems with the villa that you had booked and hope all is resolved with ease. I can understand about your problems with the suite. When we bought our last one I took all the measurements to make sure it would fit in properly, don't they always seem to look small in the showrooms? What I didnt consider was that although it would fit in nicely in the lounge, fitting it through the doors was a different story![msnembarrased] We did eventually manage to get it in through the back patio doors with a hell of a lot of manouvering other furniture etc.
Julie, Hope everything went well at SW HO, you must be raring to get started with your own class[msnsmile]
Good for you Jill that the size 12 were too big and am sure the size 10 will soon feel really comfortable. Its such a shame how the dogs seem to get worse each year with the fireworks, Lily being so young doesnt seem bothered by them at all. I do remember Daisy getting worse each year and in the end was absolutely terrified. There is a lot to be said about restricting the sale of fireworks solely for organised displays, but not sure how effective it would work out.
Not had a brilliant day today, my 10 year old daughter has been poorly with a tummy bug, vomiting all day long! Hopefully she is over the worst now, she has slept a lot today and is now fast asleep for the night. Been stuck in for most of the day, poor Lily didnt get her usual 2hours+ exercise today, will have to make it up to her tomorrow.

wow! it's been super quiet on here today, just logged on to say that i've been a little naughty, again[msnembarrased]
but i have mow given myself a strict talking too and a huge kick up the bottom[msneek] so will be better tommorrow

Hello, I am back!!!
I am actually shattered but I have learnt a lot[msnsmile2]
The food was fab, the puddings were the best I had two today[msnwink][msnwink]
Not had time to catch up on all your posts, but pleased to see Mizzy is better[grouphug]
I have eaten so much today but my syns were only 4[msnwink] 2 from each pud, until I got home and had some choccie treats[msnscared]
Will catch up tomorrow girls, off to bed as I am exhusted[zzz][zzz][zzz][zzz]
