3 times this morning i have gone to have my brekky and twice somethings come up, first time it went everywhere in the microwave so had to scrub that up, then my son came in just as the second bowl was cooling, had to take him to the hospital he desperately thought he was having a heart attack, pains in the chest and tingling down his left arm, very distressed, but hes home and ok now, they think he pulled a muscle in his chest which is affecting the nerve causing the tingling!!
so am now worrying about him,
given myself a headache had to rush to the school in time to see Lauren (9) pick up a gold award for record of acheivements, very proud, but she was crying!!!!
kids!! shoot them all!![msnwink]
managed to eat the third bowl and it was lovely!! and the dog is happy!!! he had the second bowl!![msneek]

Hi Everybody,
had a good weekend although i had twoooo much wine on Saturday evening we went to some neighbours they had a party, so had a hangover yesterday,back on track today,porridge and fruit for brekky,hav'nt decided on tea yet.
Sorry to hear about your fall Jan hope you heal soon just keep off the crisps they are my downfall(no pun intended) as well as the wine.
Leisa well done to Lauren and try not to worry about your son.
i will have to try harder or I won't get a gold achievement[msnsad][msnsad].

am off to weight watchers this morning as i am going to a concert this evening!!! Bay City Rollers Les Mckeown,David Essex, David Cassidy, and The Osmonds!!!! wow wow wow!!!! what a night this will be!!!
i will be 14/15 years old for the evening!!!

am really cheesed off!!!! big time!!!!
got my new (old) car on the road today but couldnt change insurance as we needed to get permission of the policy holder steve hubby(the money comes out of my bank each month!)
i called hubby 3 times to get him to ring them, but it made me late for weight watchers and with the roadworks in the town didnt go!!!![msncry]
and no nurse tomorrow cos shes on her hols again[msnwink]
so am looking up other weight watchers closish to me so i can go there have been so good and i wanna see how much i have lost, and wont get on my scales!!![msncool]

The good news - I'm doing really well with my healthy eating kick & even forcing myself to eat a good breakfast (something I don't normally do):)
The bad news - had to go to the hospital about my arm yesterday and its infected now [msnsad] so definately no swimming this week. Seeing as the weather is so beautiful looks like I'll be dragging hubby for a walk round the park or canal!!

Julie-seem to be in the same boat as you-not much coming off despite being good. No loss since last weigh-in.
