you haven't gone wrong anywhere but god Julie B, i'd be starving if i only had what you have had to eat today, you could have added some meat to your omelette or even had a cooked brekkie for tea, you have ahd a pretty much near perfect red day but it doesn't look like you've eaten enough and yes you can interchange meals on the plan just stick to the same colour throughout the day
Julie (mach 2) used to be guilty of not eating enough and she will tell you herself that she ate more to lose more[msnoo]
did they not give you a food optomising book went you joined class? in a wallet pack sort of thing, but i agree with Julie the 7 day downloaded menu is a good place to start for ideas

Julie b Mizzy is so right before I joined sw I had similar foods everyday including salad and I did not eat much at all, but now I eat such a huge amounts/variety in comparision and I have lost 1 stone 11lbs to date. Like Mizzy says you have not gone wrong but once you get a better understanding of sw you will realise how much more you can have and enjoy and I think that's the key to success because you can sustain it[msnwink]

Just got in from my class where I am pleased to report I got my 1 stone award [clap][clap]
I lost 4 lbs and am 3 lbs from my club 10 - so doing mainly green has worked for me .
Off to plan next weeks meals and write a shopping list for tomorrow.

Wel done Janny, I bet you are chuffed[clap][clap][clap][clap]
Mizzy, The free food that I have was in copious amounts. With my salad I had load of carrots, half an onion, loads of cucumber, a whole pepper, loads of lettuce and cherry tomatoes, I was full to bursting when I'd finished. And with my omlette for my tea, it was loads of mushrooms, a whole pepper and a whole onion! It was a really good plateful, I couldn't of eaten any more!
I didn't actually join SW when I went, I just went for a visit so I didn't actually get any of the books etc, I just sat in to see what it was like! But I think it would be very useful to have the books to refer to.
Julie B
well don't buy a book Julie B, i have a friend who may have a spare, will ask for you
i'm just eating my christmas pud ice cream and it is [msntongue][msntongue][msntongue]

Thanks Mizzy and Julie I am chuffed it has taken me 9 weeks and so in theory with 9 weeks to christmas I could lose another stone but I am not sure I want to go that low so will have to have a chat with my advisor .
anyone fancy joining me over on the live chat?, i'll log on for a little and see if anyone pops in[msnwink]
