hi Alison sorry you've been poorly but hopefully you are well on the mend, if it's the peoples centre lift that's broken then i would give the civic centre a ring and complain, at the very least they should be able to give you a repair date, it's just not on[msnmad]
the children are off school as of tommorow but if you fancy meeting up for a coffee when they go back just dm me[msnsmile]

Glad to see you back Alison, sorry I didn't get in touch while we were in Florida but we were just so busy, what with jobs to do and Brian had various meetings for the HOA and we did have a few days off. Next time we are out at the same we must all get together. We are planning for January/February. What about you?
Do try and keep focused. I'm sure Mizzy can help you and we will do what we can for you.
I have weigh-in tonight so am hopeful for a small loss. Will let you know later how I get on.

I know what you mean Gill. It was a biteasier when it was just me, Y and Toby-but when mum and my son in law came over for the last 2 weeks we had to make those park tickets pay for themselves-lol!
And yes we had jobs to do-getting someone to do them was a problem-still left a few undone.

Welcome back Alison, glad you enjoyed your trip, we are hoping to get out in Nov / Dec depending on work and other things.
Good day so far, just trying to summon the strength to go out in the intermittent rain and walk my hounds!
Finally found where I put my new SW mag on Tues pm so am going to sit down with a cup of tea and read - no-one else but me and the dogs at home at the mo - although it will be dark soon, so that's that idea out the window!
Good luck with the weigh in Jill, when can you ever call a trip to Florida as a homeowner a holiday!! We do more work on the garden and house in each short stay than we do in months at home - well slight exaggeration but you know what I mean.[msnsmile2]

Now that you are back with us we will help all we can, first things first you need to believe in yourself, you can do this!!!!
One of the great things I have found these past 8 months is no matter what else life throws at me if I can stay in contol of my eating ( most of the time) I feel so good about myself even when everything else is falling around me, there are lots of things behond our control and I think if we feel in control of our eating and our weight its gives you a such a huge boost to your self esteem which has a knock on effect on the rest of your life and how you cope with everything else[grouphug]
So come on get planning a food diary for the next few days, get the shopping in, and start again - you will feel so much better[msnwink]
I am suffering from the pmt sweet cravings so doing my very best to keep them at bay[msneek] its only 3 weeks since my my last t.o.t.m so not a happy bunny, the only good thing is it will be finished by 30th which is when I am spending the day at SW head office[msnsmile]

Stayed the same this week.
We had a fun evening raising money for Breast Cancer, won a pink teddy in the draw and also a Breast Cancer pin for the quiz we had.

i too have been weighed tonight and stayed the same ive had a couple of iffy days so i shouldnt be too dissapointed im going to write a food diary this week it helps me,we have just booked flights for feb/march so i need to get stuck in, our consultant brought some food stuffs in with her tonight just to show us the syn value, they were mainly tinned food steak, pasta and veg, great things if you are in a hurry type food, i think i will look in the supermarket tomorrow as its handy when you get too hungry and tend to grab anything, how sensible am i being, i just want to be lighter for our holiday in feb pat
