Hi Girls
Glad your daughter is getting better Fiona. Hope you are doing OK Mizzy, sorry to hear about your Son being put at risk there, stupid school! Hope you are ok yourself, with your meds??
Jill congrats on big weight loss! Happy Birthday to your Son Julie.
Hope I haven't missed anyone else's news, memory is hard to retain over a few pages.
I haven't lost this week, stayed the same, but its the end of that 'time' so I always store the water, next week should show a loss, hopefully. Feel great in my clothes though, so that's the main thing.
My life is still peaks and troughs, with ex about to move into a rental in two weeks, and the kids are getting used to that idea. I have been trying to sort out my budgets, and work out how I will manage as a single Mum, and have upset my hiatus hernia with the worry, so on medicine for that. Its an emotional spin cycle, I just want this bit to be over and get on with my 'new life'. My daughter seems to be slipping at school, had a couple of phone calls about her not handing in work, which is not like her, so I guess the cracks are starting to show, and this is her way "reacting" to our family break up. At least I can address it now, and the school are great, will organise counselling etc. Its probably what the high fees go on, the school fees are killing me!
Anyway that's enough moaning, we all have our own loads, but it feels good to vent it sometimes doesn't it!
here's to a good week everyone!

Hi Theresa, great to hear from you, you sound very spirited despite your emotional spin dryer going into overdrive and to stay the same during all this is absolutely fantastic[clap][clap][clap] i'm sure you will have a great loss next week, look after yourself wont you[grouphug]
Fiona, you'll have to send us a new pic with "the bob", good luck for weighing in today[msnsmile]
Julie, fingers crossed it'll be good news today, you've been very good so it should be[msnwink]
anyone else getting weighed today?, not sure but good luck anyhow, if i've missed you out - sorry[grouphug]
well i'm going into a new week with a challenge, i'm determined to get my 3 stone award for christmas and hopefully fingers crossed a little bit more, to date i've lost 2 stone 8.5lbs so need to get 5.5lbs off and another few more would be great to give me a head start on those naughty christmas nibbles [msnscared][msnembarrased]
i'm hoping that they will bring back the mince pie hi fi bars to class to keep me away from the real thing[msntongue]
have a good day everyone
Carole, Sharon G and Julie B, hope you're ok[grouphug]

Been rather busy the last few days and DH has been on the computer a great deal. Been rather naughty over the weekend but am now trying to be good. I have decided I want to loose another 7lbs and then I will be happy. That will be 3 stone in total. If I loose anymore I will have no clothes to fit. I have had to alter so many and am now using a belt to keep my jeans up. It is a good feeling though.
Well done Mizzy and Julie, it sounds as if we will all be giving a real push from now until Christmas. It will get harder from now on though as we have already started having more socials. Friends visiting this weekend for a few days, then various charity events etc.
Off for second walk of the day now with the dogs.

i think you have done fantastic Jill and you should be very proud[clap][clap][clap]
you'll have to treat yourself to some new clothes [msnsmile2]
can i ask, how many dress sizes have you gone down?
i'm off out shortly for 2nd dog walk off the day too

hi my name is pat i havent been on this forum for very long and have just come across this page all about slimming, and snap i go to the same club i get weighed on thurs evening, its good to hear you all seem to be doing well, ive got a long way to go but ive promised myself if i ever get to a reasonable weight i will never give up because as soon as i do i put weight on and usually go back heavier than ever before, i reach the BIG 60 next year and i dont want to get to old age and being housebound, i have arthritis now and it restricts a lot of things i would like to do, including when the family go over to our villa, going to the parks is not a pleasure for me, and ijust want to enjoy the trips instead of dreading it.anyway no more doom and gloom we have christmas to look foward to,anyone who loves christmas cake there is a lovely recipe in the christmas book and 9 sins a slice is an awful lot less than proper christmas cake, if anyone would like the recipe let me know pat
