Well after eating like an [angel] and excercising like crazy I have only lost 0.5lbs [msncry] [msncry]
Might lose more next week as I will be stressed to bits getting organised for my hols [msnscared]

a total update on all of the upstairs Julie, we have lived here now for just over ten years and it's time to update the bathrooms and bedrooms, so far i've done lots of "spending" now i have to knuckle down to some hard work cleaning and decluttering before the decorator can come
James's waiting for a new bed, he's getting this one in grey, i like it so much i wouldn't mind one for myself[msnsmile2]what do you think?

We need to do our house but I keep putting it off. We had such a mega extension 10 years ago and it took 6 months it was during my pregnancy with Louis - and it was awful[msnsad] Then I think we should move as I would love to be more rural[msnwink]

Wobbled a bit on the food today - started off well but then we went for a Chinese Buffet, tried to keep it as green as possible
Brekkie - clusters & milk (HE A&B), banana
Lunch - Ham (HE B) sandwich on WM
Buffet - had loads of boiled rice and plain noodles with
small amounts of beef curry and chicken cashew
followed by loads of fresh fruit salad
Not sure now many syns I had in the chinese so not having anything else today
All shopped out for the hen night tomorrow - looking forward to it a bit more now [msnsmile2]

sorry i never managed to get on yesterday[msnembarrased]
i've been a busy bee and never had a minutes peace to myself, but at least i feel now that things are getting done even though he upstairs still looks like a bomb has gone off and my kitchen ceiling is water marked from a leaky toilet cistern[msneek]
food wise, over the last few days i'm just about holding it together, don't think there's much movement on those scales but won't know for sure til tommorrow
hope everyones having a good weekend and that Elaine wakes up without too much of a hangover[msnwink]
