Good morning, Mizzy I know what you mean about family members upsetting you, we both have people who upset us both on occasions as we just grin and bear it although it is very difficult.
Despite going out for MIL's birthday yesterday had a good day overall.
No breakfast, I know that is bad but body clock is still awray.
Cold meat and salad, plus apple
Steak, tomatoes, mushrooms, new potatoes, mixed fresh vegetables, glass of champagne, and wine and then summer fruit pudding and ice cream.
Off to tennis this morning and then got to take the car for its MOT so we are going to have lunch out.

Morning ladies, well what a shock when I got on the scales this morning[msnoo][msneek][msnembarrased] Just goes to show how quickly bad food choices pile the weight on[msncry]
Never mind its new week and I am fired up and ready to get those pounds off again asap[clap] Just going on the treadmill for and extra jog[sporty][sporty][sporty] before eating my lunch which will be a tuna chop house syle salad with yog as a dressing[angel]
I have some SW training on 23 October and I really want to be at target by then if possible so I want you all to keep a check on me please[msnwink]
Catch you all later!!!

now dare i be super brave and go in my winter clothes?, that surely must weigh more then my summer ones

Hi all, lovely visit to MIL yesterday - traffic jams on the way down, and I think she went exactly in the regions of what you have been talking about Mizzy[msnmad]. Deep breath and think thank goodness duty done for another month.
Absolutely revolting lunch - how can steak taste so bad? Had pasta in pesto sauce and salad last night as everyone starving on our return! Still fuming about yesterday this am so had toast and butter and marmalade, gosh it tasted good!
Back on track for lunch and supper, still debating about weigh in tonight, will see if I have time.
ED has slight cold - big debate going on with hospital should they postpone, waiting to hear back from the nurse who is checking with anaesthetist.
Eldest dog has starting coughing too - horrible owner that I am I just thought oh wonderful another £50 visit to the vet! However she seemed better today and is perfectly ok otherwise, so am just wondering if it was a 24 hour thing. Need to take her tomorrow morning if she has to go as otherwise am not around for 2 days and will be difficult for the rest of the week. Seems to be eating as normal and happy to go for walks and nose is still nice and cold so will err on the side of caution and wait and see tomorrow am.
Mizzy - is the weight gain too bad - if it isn't I would put on winter clothes as it has to be done sometime! If it is touch and go I would go in summer stuff - mind you it is over 21 degrees here today and boiling - as natch we have all put the heating on as has been so cold at night.
Might be my last post for a few days so lots of luck everyone for your weigh-ins. I think we all need a kick up the whatsit as alot of us are sliding down the slippery slope it seems to me.
Perhaps we should suggest some autumnal recipes? Actually don't know why I am saying that. It is all down to planning, buying what you plan and eating what you plan. Simple really[msnwink]. If only I could stick to it - sigh[}:)].

well just a quick pop in for now to say that i was super brave and hit class in winter clothes (cords jumper and socks) and the results was quite a surprise + 1.5lbs because i think these cords weigh a good few lbs on there own, so back on track and full steam ahead as of tommorow
tonight having a little naughty treat[msnembarrased]
i couldn't stay to class as dh is hospital visiting but my consultant is coming to see me later in the week to meet Olly and to have a natter

Hi Girls, hope everyone is going well, sounds like you are getting all autumnal up there, as I start doing my pilates exercies to tone my arms for the summer we are going into and the summer tops. They were selling J&J Holiday Skin, 2 for price of 1, so bought that yesterday!
I have been caught up in sorting out my finances etc, and school holidays. I lost an amazing 2.5 lbs last week, I was thrilled, but this week its that 'time' and have put on half a pound, plus spent a week doing a pilates dvd, so have probably added some muscle too (hopefully)
Have a good week everyone.

Good morning all.
Mizzy, that is a good result. I was talking at breakfast this morning about going to class in heavier clothes this week. Think I will do it in two stages, slightly heavier trousers this week and jeans next week. I'm not as brave as you although I got on the scales this morning and it looked quite good, but you never know.
Had a good day yesterday, played tennis for an hour and then a walk with Tansy in the morning and afternoon. Went and did a big shop yesterday while the car was having its MOT and I am so glad that DH doesn't normally come with me, he spends the whole time saying this one is cheaper and I have to keep saying you don't like it because you have tried it.
Fiona, I know you won't be reading this but hope everything is going well with ED and that they have decided to go ahead with the op. I'm sure you will all feel better once it is over. We are thinking of you all.[grouphug][grouphug]
Good luck with weigh in Julie.
Food diary for yesterday
Cereal and blueberries
Baked potato and beans
Prawn and egg salad, fresh fruit

Morning all just trying to brace the element as it is chucking it down here.
We have the go-ahead, surgeon is particularly keen to operate on her unless she is violently ill. Hotel is booked, so we are off at lunchtime.
It was persisting it down last night too so it didn't take too much not to go and get weighed at another SW - particularly as it is the lady no-one in the area likes! We all fled our old class to this new one when she took over.
Good luck with the weigh-ins today girls.
