I am doing RUBBISH and am quite honestly ashamed to call myself a member of the OV Slimming Club. Notice I have not checked in much lately [msnembarrased]
Over the last few days I have had all manner of things which sadly do not belong on a slimmer's plate. Tomorrow gets no better. It's my son's birthday and a family pub meal beckons, followed by cake etc at our house. I can tell I have put weight on, but do not want to know how much just yet.
I received my Special K Body Fat Analyser through the post this morning and I'm thinking the novelty factor of it might just kick start me into action next week. [msnwink]

Yes the bodyfat thing is a scary thought, but it says you can actually "track" your bodyfat percentage as it measures even quite slight reductions(although I reckon it'll be like the scales where you need to measure it ,say, weekly rather than every day, but at least it's a diversion from the scales and an excuse not to use them for a bit[msnsmile2]). After tomorrow, my next big food occasion is the 18th June, when I am cooking a special meal for some friends.

i am no angel but i have been thinking twice before sticking that bit extra in my mouth and drinking one to many of any drinks as long as your mind is aware you do it, have the cake the pub meal and the drink but then after have a break and be "good" and buck your ideas up and say no more till the weekend or another "special "occasion!! its so hard i am not puting on (i know i have this week but i truely think the scales were wrong last week when it said i had lost 4lbs) i wanna be more comfy in that seat in 3 months and 3 weeks!!! therefore it is only me that can do it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have been naughty[msncry], went to Pizza Hut on Thursday with 2 of my girls and had all you can eat pizza, pasta and salad[msnoo].
Have tried to make up for it and been good since so not sure how the weight will be this week.
Oh yes, also my daughters friends birthday and Rachel made her a coffee cake and then made us one too, couldn't resist it.
Looks like we are all in the same boat as I have been so naughty with chocolate!!!![msnembarrased]
But I have got it all out of my system now I hope and as it 4 weeks today till my race for life I have to get a grip from tomorrow. I know I have put on a few pounds too, I just got so fed up last week and I know if the weather was better I would have been OK! Also as my loss was so painfully slow it did not help. All main meals have still been good healthy stuff too, but I really need to get back on track!
No more excuses I have cleared the house of bad things and told hubby if he buys anymore chocs its divorce LOL!!
So come on girls lets start from tomorrow like it was week 1 and lets go for it, are we all agreed???????
