Paula sorry to hear you are not well -I feel for you and Karen looking for schools I remember the trauma we had with my youngest trying to find a school that would suit him as he had dyspraxia and although it isn't a learning disability it does bring its own set of problems so in the end we decided a boarding school was the correct place for him but it was a big decision to make .
Still trying to be good so yesterdays food diary was
porridge with raspberries and banana
home made veg soup with 2 slices bread
cottage pie with veggies
melon and mango fruit salad
yogurt
2 baby bels
hi fi bar
syns 6 1/2
lots of water
supposed to be going out for a run this morning but its raining heavily so will probably end up on the treadmill as usual.

good morning everyone
well i've just finsihed my two walks and we've got a long one tonight up to my brother in laws, we're going to introduce Olly to Charlie (a rather mad springer spaniel who's also 6 months old)[msneek] should be fun
i had what has got to be the most disgusting tea i've ever seen last night, it tasted ok but i have a good mind to write to tesco
it was frozen mini chicken beasts in a sweet and sour sauce, it's syn free but the sauce was like water, i drained it all off in the end, so i may as well have bought plain chicken beasts[msnmad] i only ate it because i was starving and i couldn't wait to cook something else[msnsad]
plan on having a green day today, i haven't had one for a while so will make a nice change
hope everyone has a good weekend and those that are unwell start to feel a little better so take it easy girls and look after yourselves[grouphug][grouphug][grouphug]

It went well thanks Marie, it is 3 weeks since I dare get on the scales and I am 2 and a half pound lighter than I was then [clap] so I'm back to the weight that I seem to be stuck at...
I have 3 weeks to go and I would like to lose another 3 pound [msneek]
so still some hard work to do [msnwink]

I have just done 3 hours housework and I am still no where near finished, that's just the lounge, hall, den and family room, not touched the kitchen, utility or upstairs[msnoo][msneek] I also seem to have lost our bunny, I let him out and then the heavens opened and now I can't find him[msnscared]

no brother in laws tonight, it been swapped to tommorow night, my youngest is going to be a handful and probably very distressed when he finds out, he's been looking forward to it all week[msnsad]
