OK ladies I think I have my 'diet' head back on now!!! I plucked up courage and jumped on the scales this morning and was plesasantly surprised to see I had lost 2 lbs since the last time I weighed myself(which was a few weeks ago). 10 weeks until Florida I want to lose 2 stone?!?!?

Bacon, poached egg, quorn sausages and 1 slice of wholemeal (HEB1)
Lunch
Ham sandwich (HEB1)
Meat and lots of veg
Lots of water

Ok, yesterday wasn't too bad. I finished up the pasta as planned execpt I had it for my evening meal and had a glass of wine with it!!
Today so far egg on toast! That will be a theme for brekkie as we have chickens and ducks all producing masses of eggs! We get 5 a day from the ducks and 5/6 a day from the chickens!! My mum and my sister have some and an old gentleman down the road but we still have a surplus!
Anyway, I haven't decided yet what I want for lunch!

Lunch was some pasta with 1 oz grated cheeses. I wans't that hungry, so it was perfect!

Shirley, don't be gutted. It is very disappointing when you don't lose, but just remember what you have achieved so far. It has been very encouraging to the rest of us when you have posted your weight losses. It may be a bad week for you but just try and pick yourself up, begin writing down everything that goes into your mouth, and you will see a result. Drink an extra couple of glasses of water each day. That may help. Must admit I am finding the water consumption difficult in this cold weather.
