no proper meals at all today, i was at the hospital 9.30 this morning signing my name to give consent to a nasty little bu**er of an op and then if that was not enough i was at the dentist at 12.15[msnscared] glutton for punishment or what
i've had little snacks healthy ones but still only snacks and my first real food was half an hour ago, two chicken tortilla wraps, home made but still a little naughty[msnembarrased]
must do better tommorow

Julie and Mizzy, I think you can both be forgiven just this once. You have both had a difficult day to get through. Just try to get back on track tomorrow, which I am sure you both will do.

good morning ladies
well i've woke up this morning with my positive determined head back on[msnwink]
i know where i went wrong yesterday, i allowed myself to get too tired to cook anything sensible and with dh cooking his wraps i just couldn't resist[msnembarrased]
i've just had my toast and we're planning on a long walk this afternoon, hopefully it will undo some of the damage caused by the wraps[msnwink]

Me too Mizzy, my trouble started when I missed breakfast for the first time since Feb[msnembarrased] then I had to be at school over the lunch time and was too hungry when I got home and made some bad food choices - out over lunch time today too at a childrens party so need to make plans[msnwink]
I know I will be good today though no problems at all[clap][clap]

Have sorted my menu for tonight what do thr experts here think?
melon and parma ham for starters
citrus and herb roasted poussins with veggies
raspberry terrine
cheese and biscuits .
Hope fully my guests wiil like it all.
Been running outside for the past 2 days but my friend is not up to doing my usual 5.5 k so I have not been doing so much will have to get on the treadmill as well methinks.

Am just doing my menu planning for the week so I can be more organised and hopefully get back to salads for lunch as am fed up with all the bread. Then off to walk the hounds and do the weekly shop!
