i will pick up and sas log for you in class on monday and scan it into my computer so i can e.mail it across
i've had a blip today, going great until tea time, visited my mums who was taking scones out of the oven and there i was drooling[msnembarrased] well mum being mum has taken on board the whole diet thingie and didn't allow me the usual half a dozen to take home, but she did let me have one[msnsmile]
not quite sure of the syns but i think it's pretty high, so need desperately to keep on track for the rest of the week
Mizzy
OOOOOOOOOh Mizzy, scones, you have me drooling at my computer! I used to make them every week for the girls when they came home from school - it's my ED's abiding memory of the days I was at home (3 and then 2) when they were younger, that I always had homemade cakes or scones waiting for them, or else had all the doings and they "helped" me. Not a mouthful has passed my mouth in many a long time of course, wish I could say the same for a chocolate eclair, but there you go! No I have had one this month, for my birthday, so I think that's just about allowed.
Good luck with whatever you are planning Julie, we shall look forward to hearing all about it in due course.
Sharon, I am there with you, working an extra 3 days a week now, and wondering what I used to do on my days off. Something like keeping the place neat and tidy, as it is now falling apart at the seams. Just read the Sunday Times Homes today (yes it takes me all week to read the ST!) and there was a big thing on filthy houses. I thought when I came in tonight that the floor needed washing, but by the time I had emptied the dishwasher, re-stacked it, fed the dogs, washed down the work surfaces, walked the dogs, cooked the supper, washed up the saucepans, filled the dishwasher I have to say the desire to wash the floor had rather gone. Story of my life really. Perhaps will have to get up and extra half an hour earlier tomorrow morning to fit things like that in.
Where is everyone this morning?
Julie - hope everything is ok [grouphug] thinking about you [grouphug]
