Julie, i know how disheartening it must be for you but it will show next week, try to look at it as practice for maintaining the weight loss because you're almost there and you'll be needing it soon[msnsmile]
also look at all you have achieved this year, you have done fantastic [clap][clap][clap]
Janny, you can pop into any class in your area to get weighed if you cannot make your regular class, just take along your food optomising book with you

Julie, how about trying lots of extra speed foods this week and build in quite a few success express days it may make a big difference[msnsmile]
food diary for me today
2 small slices wholemeal toast and jam for brekkie 1 syn
chicken skewers and salad for lunch
museli yogurt and apple
steak, tomatoes, mushrooms, roasted onion and fried egg for tea
hi fi bar for supper
total 1 syn, is that all!!!!![msneek] may have some mini yogurt bites then for 3.5syns[msnwink]

Hiya peeps, miracles of miracles (in view of what I have been eating, or more to the point drinking[beer]) I have lost ½lb. Not a great loss but in the right direction and better off than on. Bought the new mag, although sure I bought it a few weeks ago and ED snaffled it! But am going to try and plan some meals to stay more on track.
Also took a syn organiser, where I cross off each syn as used - how to keep you organised!
