Hi everyone - I've missed a day or two but I'm still here ;)
Lost a pound this week which makes up a little for puttting on the last two weeks [msnsmile2]

Sally, don't be disappointed, you will find your weight loss slowing down as you get closer to your target.
Lucy/Julie - hope you aren't pushing yourself too hard, with all the running you do, you will need to eat reasonable portions.
Liesa - are you eating the same meals as Steve and Russ? If not - why don't you try that as they seem to be doing so well?

Think I have the muscle weighing heavier than fat syndrome again - well thats what the PT says Im am still the same weight as last week (decided to weigh after all) but I measure what I was when I was lighter??[msnscared]
Im sure it will come right if I keep at it[msneek]
Today had porridge, cottage cheese and pineapple with highland oat cakes (low GI and better than bread for sustaining you apparently), did not run this morning as I had a broken night with youngest and needed the lie in till 6.30!!! So running later outside not on the treadmill it is so much more intensive[msnoo]
Where is Ceri anyone heard how shes doing???

yes Julie i did mean you, you dont seem to be as energetic about it in writing thats all i meant, either (and i expect this is the reason) you are very busy with work? i think most of us have lost the umph! behind it!
we seem to have gone stale with this! so lets all pull our sox up and get weight losing![msnwink]

Liesa-ooh dear, you've hit the nail on the head with me.
Although I've not done bad DURING the week this week, I had a bad weekend, with lots of unhealthy food! I haven't been weighed for over 2 weeks as I am sure I haven't changed. I need to get back on track and remotivated for next week. I'm sure this weekend will not be good(too many opportunities for lapses!) so I think I'll have to accept defeat for today and Saturday, and sort myself out "good and proper" from Sunday onwards.

Ah right! No I never go off healthy eating just eat to much of it sometimes[msnwink] Its my way of life now, but the running is making me soooooooo hungry!!
You are right I have been too busy to post as often as I would like, need to spend the time networking for business[msnscared][msntongue] Had lots on my mind too[msnsad]
But I have stepped up the pace with the running and Im going to carry on and also feeling very motivated again (got my mind into gear now) and will kick the portions in to touch now[clap][clap]
So lets all have a great weekend but watch the weight too[msnsmile2]
