Well done Karen thats is great news!! Keep up with the running - it makes such a huge difference!!!
I was up at 5.45 this morning and did 30 mins on the treadmill but going for an outside run later if the weather stays fine - still so stiff from yesterdays run must have used extra muscles compared with the treadmil, l really feel good though because it feels like I have really worked hard[sporty][sporty][sporty]
When I was little, I remember my dad telling me why "pikelets" were so named.
He explained that bakers originally made them from leftover "pie clippings" - and people used to go any buy a bag of "pieclips". Over the years, this became "pikelets" and although they generally now refer to a thinner form of a crumpet, the words pikelet and crumpet were interchangeable!
Not sure exactly how valid this is , but he did speak a lot of sense[msnwink]

1 lb for me this week. Don't know why but I seemed to have dropped from a regular 2lb per week to 1lb. Feels like it is going to take forever. I shall have to keep plodding on[sporty][sporty][sporty]
perhaps you havent got much more to lose!! and you have had a very steady weight loss, better then all of us!!!!!!!
