Liesa when I first moved up north there were so many things I had never heard of - barm cakes, parkin, treacle toffee, to name a few!!!!
Just got weighed managed to loose 4 1/2 this week !!!!!![msnsmile2] I am delighed as it's only 1 month and 24 days till I will be by the pool !!!!!!

First day of running twice outside and Oh what a difference it makes my muscles ache more than if I had run on the treadmill!![msnscared]
I'm back from my weekend away and was pretty good but we shall see on Wednesday. The weekend didn't finish off so good as my 13 year old fell through a neighbours garage roof, luckily all she got was bruises, could of been so much worse. Little s**, shouldn't have been up there and now we have got to sort out the repair[msnmad]

I didn't know what pikelets were either, I'm from the south but my husband is from lancashire and sometimes it's as if we talk a different language.
I have just asked him what pikelets are and he is shocked I've not heard of them.

went and got weighed last night 3 ILS off so got my stone was a very happy bunny one down one to go in next 5 weeks.
am inproving my running times very slowly mind i can now run 2and a half mins at a time on the treadmill will soon be catching you up lucy ...i wish
