Well another great day. I have got the whole family on my meals now so its much easier when we all sit down to the same evening meal[clap][clap][clap]
green day today...........
fruits and yog 1 syn
skiiny latte HC a's
mushroom omelette
muller apple pie 1 syn
special chicken (HC b )fried rice - page 13 of the lastest mag[msnwink] they used duck but I prefer chicken, dh and children loved it[clap]
banana, 2 plums and
HiFi bar HC b
lots of water[angel]
Julie b, I agree with Mizzy 100%, the first thing I noticed is the size of your porridge portion?? SW is 28g per portion so that would count as 2 Healty Choice b's, is it made with milk or water?? the tuna salad - what dressing are you using and is the tuna in oil?? There not much fruit and you have not mentioned drinking any water?? WW chicken curry is a ready meal I presume? If so you could have so much more if you made your own and it would be so much better for you[msnwink][msnwink]
When we first started this thread I used to be like you and ate like you and I never lost much weight, but the Mizzy persuaded me to try SW and I have not looked back[msnwink] Why not try the downloaded menu that Mizzy has posted, or follow some of our food diaries we post everyday and get yourself the latest SW mag, I really believe you will do well and if you joined a class even better[clap]
If I was nearer I would come down to Oxford[msnwink][msnwink][msnwink][msnwink]

P.S Mizzy Oh Yes there will be a poster in Starbucks and my local Sainsburys[msnwink][msnwink][msnwink][msnwink]

As far as I know I am taking over an existing class, apparently there are quite a few in my area that need new consultants so I may get a choice of a few[msnwink] I will know more on Monday after pre training[msnsmile2]

it's been a really good day for me too
i've gone all mix to max today with green lunch (pasta and quorn sausage dish)
and a red tea (chicken in red wine and shallots for tea with baby carrots brocolli and cauli)
i've also had museli yogurt a pear and a banana and my usual toast and jam for brekkie
so total syns for today = 6 [angel]
Julie, i would check to see if you can put posters up in any doctors surgeries too, and if you leave them a printed leaflet with the slimming on referral scheme mentioned you never know the doctor might send lots of new members to you[msnwink]

Well you will be pleased to know I went back to the gym today. My trainer Mel certainly led me into a false sense of security on Monday as today she almost killed me. I looked like I'd just stepped outo of a shower by the time I'd finished[sporty][sporty] and the worst thing was I had to go straight to school to pick up Eve then take her to swimming classes when all I wanted to do was sit and relax. One of the Mums at school asked if I'd been away as I was still so red.[msnembarrased]
I forget what the machine is called but OMG it's like being on a bike but standing up.......it was a killer I hate it. I am going back for more on Friday anyway.[msnsmile2]

i'm laughing Paula reading your post[laugh][laugh][laugh] but i know it's very naughty of me and i need to stand in the corner and think about my behaviour[}:)]
i'm just so glad it's not me, my exercise today consisted of walking up to the farmers field to feed the horses and some very rigorous hoovering and changing of bed linen[msnwink]
you are a star doing all that and going back for more [:O] what more can i say [clap][clap][clap]

Oh yes that was the demon machine. I did find today tough but enjoyed it all except that one ghastly machine.

Just typed this lot once, but lost the lot so here goes again, I hope I can remember what I wrote!
Julie, I have 55g of porridge because on the box, it says 45g made with skimmed milk is 268 calories, I use half semi skimmed milk and half water, and have an extra 10g which adds up to about an extra 80 calories, I don't have anything with it, not even sugar so I thought this would be ok, With the rest of my food diary, I struggle to make up to 1200 calories so I started to eat more porridge to make sure I was getting enough if you see what I mean.
With my lunch, I have a lunch box which is about 6 inches x 4 inches x 4 inches which I fill with lettuce, onion, carrots, tomatoes and a whole pepper (love them!) and then mix this with (wait for it this will seem wierd[msntongue]) a teaspoon of horseradish sauce, the one I use is less than 10% fat,so again thought it should be ok, on the top of that I have half a 185g tin of tuna in brine (about 100 calories).
I had a ww curry cos I'd cooked toad in the hole with roast potatoes for everyone else and didn't want to have that. I'm running really low on salad veg at the moment so saving that for my lunches but sometimes I have a chicken breast - no skin - just cooked in the oven with loads of veg and a couple of new potatoes.
I still struggle to drink loads of water though, even when I've been on the treadmill for 45 mins I still only have maybe a small beaker or two, then durng the rest of the day I have about 4 or 5 cups of coffe and maybe a glass of squash if I'm thirsty.[msnembarrased]. The trouble is, I don't get very thirsty so I forget to drink!
Tell me what you think? Say what you like I really won't be offended, I want to do what it takes to get where I want to be. I think my problem is that I'm an all or nothing type of gal and scared to eat too much while I'm supposed to be on a 'diet'.
