1and 1/2lb loss this week for me.
Fiona, dont worry about the gain, remember you have had a lot of socialising and stuf going on this last couple of weeks. I am sure once you have a normal week then you will see a loss.
Good luck to those weighing in tomorrow.
Jill, just in case I dont get chance to say again before you go, have a great time.

Sally never mind I'm sure you will have the little gain off by next week.
Well done Karen[clap][clap]
-
Well done Karen you are back on the right track [clap]
Fiona I find planning is the way for me I am useless unless I know what I need when I go shopping so I do a weeks plan at a time.
weigh in for me tonight -hopefully if I lose 1 lb I get my half stone award so fingers crossed.
-
Fiona, i know you will be disappointed but don't worry about it, it'll come off with a little bit more next week[msnsmile]

Good morning all.
Hard luck Fiona, but the week you have had you have done well to keep it down. I am sure it will come off this week. I also find planning the only way. [grouphug][grouphug]
Karen, well done[clap][clap][clap]
Yes, Mizzy I am going to get weighed before I go as I am meeting Sally and Peter to hand over Tansy as they are looking after her while we are away. We are then going off to the airport to do a check-in and then spend the night in a B&B. Then a leisurely arrival at the airport, at least that's the plan.
Had my hours badminton this morning followed by a walk and shortly off to the RSPCA for my volunteer stint.
Good luck for the weight-in tonight Janny.

wow Jill you are an angel[angel]
i hope you reach the target that you where hoping for[msnsmile]
planning is the only way for me too, i tend to go off the rails when there's little or no food in the house or when something unexpected crops up and i leave it too late to eat
i've noticed lately that my SW consultant has been busy putting news posters up, there's one in my local chippie, chinese take away and in the butchers that sells the best pies in the town, i think she's been following me[msneek]
Julie, will be hitting the same sort of places very soon with posters advertising her classes[msnwink] big question for you Julie, will you be asking if your local Strabucks will display a poster?
having a good day so far going for mix to max today so
usual brekkie then pasta with chopped up quorn sausages and veg for lunch[msntongue]
planning to have chicken in red wine and mushroom sauce for tea with roasted veggies

Hello everyone, me again!
Just tried to catch up on all the posts since my last visit.
Well, stayed the same again this week, decided I need to up the game a little again! Last week thought I was trying but obviously not hard enough.[msnembarrased]. So I've been on the treadmill every morning this week so far, for minimum of 30 minutes, this morning it was 40[sporty]. I've stuck rigidly to my plan (not quite SW but still being good[angel]. Average day this week as follows:-
Porridge for brekkie. (about 50gms)
Large Tuna Salad (salad veg & half a tin of tuna), with half a wholemeal pitta bread followed by an apple.
Weight Watchers Chicken Curry with (lots of)vegatables followed by a low fat tescos toffee yoghurt.
about 4 or 5 cups of coffee with milk but no sugar.
Could the experts on here (julie or mizzy[msnwink] give me their opinion on whether I'm eating too much or not enough (I don't feel hungry though). With the exercise as well, I'm hoping to finally get moving again with the weight loss.
Now then, enough about me, back to business.
Jill - have a great time in florida (goes without saying), a safe in your suitcase, how will you manage that? Perhaps you need someone in the suitcase with it to keep an eye on it - I'm free[msnwink]!
Sally D - 4 Stone!!!! What a fantastic achievement girl, how long has that taken you and how much more do you want to lose? You must feel like a different women!
Well done Kazzie - another 1 1/2lbs off, keep it going!
Fiona - keep it going - I know you'll get there
Twiglet - well done on your loss too - keep going!
Mizzy - 41/2lbs[clap] - unbelieveable! what more can I say - fab!
And Julie - SW consultant eh! Can I ask that you drive to Oxford once a week to have your class there?[msnwink] You wouldn't mind a few hours round trip to get here would you[msnsmile2]. And whats this about pre training - you already know all there is to know you don't need any training! And nearly at your target too theres no stopping you is there! Well done all round[clap][clap][clap][clap][clap][clap].
Well, I'm feeling positive (I know - you've heard it all before) so heres hoping for a good week for everyone.[grouphug].
Love Julie B
-
PS I hope I haven't forgotten anyone - if I have sorry[msnsad].

to be honest Julie B, if you have been eating like this and loosing weight then i would say that it should be still working for you as long as you're not going hungry
but a question you have got to ask yourself is are you increasing the portion sizes or are little bits and bobs jumping into your mouth without you realising it
personally i think it wouldn't harm to have a look at the SW website www.slimming-world.co.uk in the lifeline online section, this weeks password is lentil
you can download a 7 day menu and try that to speed things up again or just look at some of the many recipes
i've found that by switching foods round every now and then it gives your metabolism a kick
you have done fantastic to get this far so remember that wont you [clap][clap][clap][clap]
