interesting article . i remember years a my mum was against all the additives that began appearing.she didnt like us having a lolly that turned your mouth blue etc but then the e number book came out and things slowly began to change.

its been a lovely hot day here you would've thought it was late june!
having a bit of a picky day today, made dinner didnt fancy it, been picking at chocolate!! not a good sign!!!![V]

Can't really tell you off Liesa cos I had a bit of a naughty weekend too [}:)]
But I did have an excuse cos it was my birthday!!! You didn't [msnwink]

And I did work a lot of it off - spent 2 and a half hours at the gym yesterda and then the rest of the day cleaning. And believe me when only clean a few times a year [msnembarrased] [msnembarrased] [msnembarrased] it's a BIG job...

Me too, had a relaxed weekend as far as food is concerned but back to it big time today - ran this morning going to again later[msnwink]

I have been good all weekend, so come on you lot, back on track[msnwink]

Made the most of the lovely weather at the weekend[msncool], my 15 year old daughter was out all day yesterday and come back very sunburnt[msneek] and is suffering today.

Hope to have lost some more tomorrow.

Another week of the same, strayed a lot at the weekend but at least I did'nt put on.

Mach 2 there is a bit in the Daily Mail today about monthly migranes, Serena Williams suffers from them as well. Have't had time to read it yet

Well the slimming must be working for Pete. We went shopping on Saturday to get a few new t-shirts to take out on holiday. He has always bought Large before. However, big surprise on Saturday he has slimmed down to a medium. He is well chuffed. So big congrats dear. Did spoil it all later by drinking lots of beer and loads of nibbles when we had friends round.[clap][clap]
