[u]Best made plans</u>
Caitlin hasn't been too well over the weekend, swollen glands and such however she has woken this morning with tonsilitis, I know I'm making excuses but I was at the doctors while the class was on. My sister is calling over later to watch her while I go to the gym[msneek]
Although I didn't make the class today I will start the plan, can anyone let me know this weeks password please.
-
Hi Paula, hope Caitlin feels better soon. Last weeks password was vegetable so it should work for some of this week too.
Fiona, glad to made the girls do all the clearing up and put your feet up. After the week you had had you deserved it. I bet Chris was on the golf course.[msnwink][msnwink]
Karen, just give it time and you will get there.
I have just had an hours tennis and I was made to run and have come back quite exhausted. Am now going to set to and get all the paperwork sorted out before we go off to Florida on Friday.[clap][clap][clap]
Food diary for yesterday
Bacon, tomato and scrambled egg with one piece of toast
Salmon salad, pear and plum
Quorn mexican burgers, baked potato and spaghetti and mixed fruit

well it's weigh in day again for me, don't they come around quick?
i'm feeling positive because i have been a good girl[angel] and i've built in some exercise too, 6 days out of 7 not too bad hey?
Paula, passwords usually last for 2 weeks so "vegetable" will still work, shame you missed class, how about you download the seven day menu to get you back into the swing of things, hope caitlin feels better soon[msnsmile]
Julie B, how did your weigh in go?
Theresa hope you are ok and are looking after yourself[grouphug]
Jill, mexican quorn burgers sound like my sort of thing, can you tell me if they are shop bought or did you make them from quorn mince?
Fiona good to hear the party was a success and that you had a well deserved lazy day yesterday[msnwink]
so a new week everybody, lets make it a good one, it's only 14 weeks til christmas and with a 1lb loss each week, we could all be another stone lighter by then[msneek][msnsmile2]

Wow well done Mizzy.[clap][clap][clap]
I joined the gym today, I went and had an assessment first, they told me they don't watch the scales much, they are more interested in inch loss so I had all my measurements taken[msncry] and will be measured again in six weeks time. Dare I say I quite enjoyed it. Today I was mainly shown how to use the equipment and did a few minutes on each, when I go back on Wednesday I will have a plan worked out for me which I must follow. It was very quite in there which for now is how I prefer it. I may take a class in yoga or pilates as well but I'll see how the next few weeks go.
